Butterfly does not transfer or share the data it collects.

PRICES

All prices in Lisbon T-shirt Shop Online are stated in EUR. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs.

HOW TO BUY

1. Choose the t-shirt you are interested in, select the size and color you want and add it to your shopping cart.

2. Then you should register and submit your information.

3. After entering your data, be assured that it is correct and click to confirm.

5. Choose the location where you want to collect your order: either in one of our Lisbon T-shirt showrooms (at Rua Amélia Rey Colaço, nº 18A, Benfica, Lisbon), or by "standard" or "express" post.

6. Choose the payment method you want: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal.

7. Confirm your request and authorized payment. After you place your order you have 48 hours to pay or the order will be automatically canceled.

8. You will receive an e-mail confirming your request.

Measurements in centimeters. Sizes may vary about 5 cm. 

RETURNS

Lisbon T-shirt Shop Online does not accept returns, except if the product has quality defects duly proven by the brand. Lisbon T-shirt Shop Online only accepts exchanges.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a t-shirt, you have to return it (by shipping or at our store or showroom), and after we receive it we can exchange it for another model, size or color. The t-shirt you return must be in perfect condition and you must have the corresponding receipt. New shipping fees will be charged.

FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS POLICY

We welcome any comments about our service so that we can improve what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email us (info@lisbon-t-shirt.com) stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
